| Beef Kabobs
Total preparation and cooking time: 30 minutes
Soak eight bamboo skewers in water 10 minutes. Cut beef steak into 1-1/4-inch pieces. Toss beef and vegetables with 1 tablespoon basil, dressing and garlic in a bowl. Alternately thread beef and vegetables on skewers. Place kabobs on grill over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered, about 8 to 10 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally. |

| Teriyaki-Marinated Beef Steak Total preparation and cooking time: 35 minutes minutes (Marinating time: 6 hours or overnight)
Combine teriyaki sauce, sherry and ginger in small bowl. Place beef steak and marinade in food-safe plastic bag; turn to coat. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or as long as overnight, turning occasionally. Remove steak; discard marinade. Place steak on grill over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, covered, 25 to 28 minutes for medium rare doneness, turning occasionally. Remove; let stand 10 minutes. Carve into thin slices. |
