Please note that Food Lion receives a significant number of requests. Due to the large number of inquiries, all requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to any action needed by Food Lion.

Sponsorship Requests

Sponsorships are a great way for Food Lion to show their support or the communities in which we operate. Food Lion Marketing will evaluate all proposals through numerous filters since each market's priorities vary across our 11 states.

TYPES OF SPONSORSHIPS WE HAVE SUPPORTED (not all inclusive and in no particular order):

• * Family-oriented community/state festivals and fairs
• * Venue partnerships with local museums, galleries, theme parks, civic centers, etc
• * Cooking events
• * “Taste of” events
• * Local sports team sponsorships, if appropriate (high school, college or professional)
• * Women’s or General Health events
• * Educational events/Back to school programs
• * Ethnic events in areas with high ethnic store demographics
• * Military partnerships, where appropriate

Please note Food Lion receives a significant number of requests and are challenged daily with difficult decisions on how best to partner with meaningful events.
