Rafe is lucky to be alive after a farm accident back on October 9th 2006. He was working on farm equipment when a large steel beam broke lose and fell directly onto his body. He sustained a broken back, leg, and foot. He was hospitalized for over a month and in a body cast for 3 months. The Parker family farm is happy to report he returned to full time work back on the farm May 1st, 2007. As you can see from this picture taken on May 30th he is enjoying farming now more than ever.
