Drink Your Fruits and Vegetables
If the thought of munching apples and oranges, bananas and salads to get your daily servings makes you cringe, try drinking a few of those portions.
A review of many studies shows that 100 percent fruit and vegetable juices are just as effective in delivering the punch of fiber and important nutrients found in whole fruits and vegetables. Juices are comparable in their ability to reduce risk for certain diseases such as cancer and heart disease.
