Add Food Lion To Your Address Book!
Have you stopped receiving your Shoppers' Companion newsletter? Are you still waiting on your first newsletter?
Sometimes, email or internet providers will block your newsletters or flag them as SPAM. Here are some tips to insure weekly delivery of the Shoppers' Companion to your inbox:
- Add our From Address to your email address book:
- CustomerService@Reply.FoodLionEmail.com

- Check to make sure that the newsletter is not going to your Bulk Folder, SPAM folder, or Junk Email Folder.
- Only one email address is allowed per MVP Card Number. If you are sharing an MVP Card with a friend or family member, and you have both signed up for Shoppers' Companion with different email addresses, this could be your problem.
- Sign into your MyFoodLion profile and confirm that your information is correct.You must sign up with a valid MVP Card number. Inputting a fake card number such as 460000000000 will prevent you from receiving the newsletter.
