Chocolate-Peanut Butter Hot Cocoa

Makes: 1 serving (about 3/4 of a cup)

Ingredients
1 envelope (1 oz each) Swiss Miss® Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix
1 tablespoon Peter Pan® Creamy Peanut Butter
3/4 cup hot (not boiling) water
Reddi-wip® Original Whipped Light Cream
Chocolate sprinkles, optional

Directions
Place cocoa mix into a cup. Add peanut butter. Gradually stir hot water into mix until blended. Top with a serving of Reddi-wip®. Add chocolate sprinkles, if desired.

Choco-Cherry Napoleons


Choco-Cherry Napoleons

Hands On: 40 minutes
Total: 1 hour 10 minutes
Makes: 18 servings (1 Napoleon each)

Ingredients
1 sheet frozen puff pastry (1 sheet = 1/2 of 17.3-oz pkg)
PAM® Butter No-Stick Cooking Spray
1 tablespoon Swiss Miss® Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix (from a 1-oz packet)
2 containers (4 oz each) Swiss Miss® Refrigerated Chocolate Pudding
1/2 cup cherry pie filling
Reddi-wip® Original Whipped Light Cream

Directions
Thaw pastry sheet at room temperature 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400F. Unfold pastry sheet on lightly floured surface. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with hot chocolate mix. Cut into 3 strips along fold marks. Cut each strip equally into 6 rectangles. Place on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool. Split each pastry in half crosswise. Set tops aside. Spread bottom layers with about 1 tablespoon chocolate pudding. Top with 2 to 3 cherries and a dollop of Reddi-wip®. Place top layers over Reddi-wip®. Garnish with additional Reddi-wip®, if desired. Serve immediately.

Chai-Spiced Hot Cocoa


Chai-Spiced Hot Cocoa

Total: 5 minutes
Makes: 1 serving (about 3/4 of a cup)

Ingredients
1 envelope (.55 oz each) Swiss Miss® Fat Free with Calcium Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix
3/4 cup hot (not boiling) water
1 chai spiced tea bag
Reddi-wip® Fat Free Dairy Whipped Topping
Ground cinnamon, optional

Directions
Place cocoa mix into a cup. Gradually stir hot water into mix until blended. Add tea bag. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes, based on desired strength of chai spice. Remove tea bag and discard. Top with a serving of Reddi-wip®. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
