Ronzoni Pasta
Rigatoni with Italian Sausage
- 1 package RONZONI® RIGATONI
- 8 ounces kale, washed and cut in pieces
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup kidney beans, rinsed
- Shredded Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta as directed on package, adding kale during last 2 minutes of cooking; drain. Meanwhile, in skillet, brown sausage in oil, add garlic and cook an additional 2 minutes. Add beans to heat. Toss with hot pasta and kale. Top with cheese if desired.
