Today, the winery embraces that legacy by crafting outstanding methode champenoise sparkling wines produced in New Mexico. Blanc de Noirs, French for white of black, is a sparkling wine made primarily from Pinot Noir grapes. Gruet Blanc de Noirs has aromas and flavors of berry and pear, complemented by a rich, round mouth feel.
