You will Need: 1 large egg. Microwave Directions (1100W): 1. Remove lid and pouches from cup. 2. Crack egg into cup. 3. Empty content of pouches into cup. 4. Stir until blended. 5. Microwave on high 40 sec.; stir. Microwave additional 30 sec.; stir. Caution: Cup and contents will be very hot! Note: microwave times are based on an 1100-watt oven. Cook your eggs until completely firm (165 degrees F). If preparing with 2 large eggs or 2 egg whites follow the above directions, but increase the second microwave time to 50 sec. Do not leave microwave unattended. Do not reuse cup. Water from vegetables is expected and necessary for proper cooking. Keep refrigerated.
