Always utilize a calibrated meat thermometer to ensure the burgers are fully cooked. Adjust accordingly due to appliances varying. Saute Pan: Preheat a pan on medium heat. Add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil to coat the pan. Place the burger in the pan and then cover with a lid. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. Ensure the oil is spread under the burger after turning. Fully cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F. We strongly recommend the use of a meat thermometer. Outdoor Grill: Lightly brush the burgers with oil on both sides to help prevent sticking to the grill. Preheat the grill on a medium setting. Place the burgers above the cooking area and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side: Fully cook to minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F. We strongly recommend the use of a meat thermometer.
