Fully cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F. We strongly recommend the use of a meat thermometer. Outdoor Grill: Lightly brush the burgers with oil on both sides to help prevent sticking to the grill. Preheat the grill on a medium setting. Place the burgers above the cooking area and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side: Fully cook to minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F. We strongly recommend the use of a meat thermometer.
