1. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 diced red bell pepper, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until softened and fragrant. 2. Add 1 lb of Sovereign Seas Seafood Mix. Stirring occasionally, and cook for 5-6 minutes until the seafood turns opaque and is fully cooked. Ensure the seafood is evenly distributed for even cooking. 3. Pour in 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and 1 tsp grated ginger. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully. 4. Serve hot over steamed jasmine rice or your favorite noodles, and garnish with sliced scallions or toasted sesame seeds for an extra pop of flavor. Keep frozen until use.
