Cooking Instructions: Always cook product to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as ready by thermometer. Cooking tips add a light coating of oil or cooking spray, to the cooking surface to keep the fish from sticking. Remove film and remove fish from tray before cooking. Bake at 325 degrees F for 20-30 minutes. Stove Top: Saute for 4-7 minutes per side. Grill or Boil for 4-7 minutes per side. Warning: Although great care is taken to remove them, bones may be present. Serving Suggestions: Go Classic: Serve over rice or mashed potatoes with fresh veggies and lemon.
