Preparation Instructions: Oven Baking is the preferred method for cooking! Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove film from tray and place tray on baking sheet. Brush fillet with butter. Cook for approximately 33-35 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork. Microwave Remove film from tray. Brush fillet with butter. Cover with paper towel or wax paper and microwave on high for 2-1/2 minutes. Rotate tray and continue cooking on high approximately 2 more minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork. Let dish rest between 1 and 1-1/2 minutes before consuming. Note: Cooking times may vary due to differences in appliances. Always check internal temperatures of cooked products before consuming. Internal temperature should be 165 degrees as measured by a food thermometer. Keep frozen.
