Nathalie Dupree is the author of fourteen cookbooks.  She is best known for her approachability and her understanding of Southern cooking, having started the New Southern Cooking movement now found in many restaurants throughout the United States, and co-authoring Mastering the Art of Southern Cooking.  

She was host of more than three hundred national and international cooking shows, which have aired on PBS, the Food Network, and the Learning Channel and several other highly rated television morning shows.

Monica is currently an executive chef and freelance personal chef in Gastonia, NC. She defines her style of cooking as modern southern foods with finesse and lots of love. She graduated from Appalachian State University with a bachelor's degree in foods and nutrition, then went on to complete a culinary degree at the Art Institute of Charlotte in 2012.

Currently, Charlie is the Morning Show Host at Charleston’s WTMA News Talk from 6-10am. Charlie’s ability to listen and comment with caring, common sense and humor has earned him a loyal audience, working tirelessly to bring his listeners the latest news and information that directly affects them.

When he’s not behind the microphone at WTMA, Charlie is a voice-over artist who can be heard on many commercials, corporate presentations, and audio books.

Bill West is a Country Music authority, BBQ enthusiast, and cook book author based in Charleston, SC.  West is on air host and Operations Manager of Charleston’s leading radio stations and has interviewed some of entertainment’s biggest celebrities including Taylor Swift, Darius Rucker, Paula Deen, Zac Brown, Ryan Seacrest, Garth Brooks, Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood and Alton Brown.
