Jacqueline Mor’shay Baines is the proud daughter of Syreeta and Spencer Little, and Marvin Baines, and the middle child of three siblings. She was born March 26, 1994 on the West Side of Chicago and currently resides in Jacksonville FL. Jacqueline excelled academically in high school and was ranked number six in her senior class. In addition to focusing on academics, it was important for her to be well rounded. Her extracurricular activities included participation in the band, the cheerleading and softball team.
She also earned a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license while in high school and worked for three years at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida Blue. Jacqueline Has continued her focus on academics while also being actively engaged in school activities since entering Livingstone College. She obtained a 4.0 grade point avarice her freshman year, while being a member of the Entourage Modeling Troupe and the Trio Student Support Service. Her sophomore year achievements include “The Quite Storm Marching Band”, becoming Miss Trio and being the recipient of a Presidential Scholarship. Her biggest accomplishment was being elected Basileus of the Majestic Mu Tau chapter of the illustrious Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated. Her junior year has been very fulfilling as well, as she was the 2015-2016 Miss Junior Jacqueline’s faith provides a foundation for her success; and she believes God has much more for her to do and experience as she completes her undergraduate studies at Livingstone College and prepares for life after graduation.
