I am Miss Saint Augustine's University hailing from the gorgeous Prince George's County, Maryland. I am a Senior Theatre Major. Currently a Sapphire Dream Dancer in the Superior Sound Marching Band. Before I was elected Miss Saint Augustine's I was previously Miss Sophomore and Miss Junior. I am also a member of Alpha Psi Omega National Theatre Honor Society and the recipient of the 2016 SGA Scholarship.

Saint Augustine's is beautiful in itself from it's  rich history and gorgeous campus, it would be hard for one not to fall in love with it. The first day I stepped foot on the illustrious campus my mind was made up I knew I was going to be a Falcon. Everyone was so warm and hospitable I felt at home. Coming from a family oriented household I knew I would fit right in. Our campus also holds St. Agnes Hospital which opened its doors in 1896. It was the only hospital from Atlanta to Washington for African Americans.

I ran for Miss Saint Augustine's University because I always finish what I start. The day I was elected Miss Sophomore I knew that I had to keep going. I began serving for my school ever since I stepped foot on campus, and I had to continue my service by leaving my legacy of Miss Saint Augustine's University. I love my HBCU and being elected Miss Saint Augustine's University is an honor to me. My platform, "We are The Roots", in order for a tree to grow the roots must first be strong. We are the roots to this family tree. Meaning we the students and falcon family must be strong in everything we do academically, mentally, and spirituality in order for the school to grow. My main goal as the Queen of Saint Augustine's University is to bring awareness to the students. To make them aware of their importance. Without the students the school is not a school. We don't just need the students to be students, we need them to be leaders, scholars and teachers. Be a leader in every aspect, a scholar in the classroom, and teach everything that you have learned along the way to those who come. When I graduate I plan on attending Graduate school to study Dance Education and soon after that open up my own performing arts school.
