Wonderful combination of ingredients to make a tasty salsa that is good with chips or use in a recipe to spice things up! I add a cup of salsa in my chili beans to add flavor and heat!
- Mix all the above ingredients into a large pot. Cook over medium heat until it becomes thicker. (around 20 minutes).
- The salsa can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- I usually can the salsa in sterilized jars.
