Turkey, Feta, and Red Onion Meatloaf

A Greek inspired, low fat meatloaf.

  1. 1. Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together red onion, feta, oregano, eggs, and ground turkey and mix until well combined and season with salt and pepper. Press into a loaf pan, or create a 5 inch by 8 inch loaf on a lined sheet tray.
  2. 2. Bake until internal temperature of meatloaf has reached 165 degrees, about 35 minutes, allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
