You’ve probably enjoyed Caesar salad many times and this recipe is a playful, filling version of the classic side salad with the addition of chicken and bowtie pasta! Perfect for backyard picnics, graduation celebrations with family or simply a fresh & tasty meal, this is a dish you can have ready in just 10 minutes.

  1. To make the dressing, add the garlic, mustard, Parmesan, salt, oil and lemon juice to a food processor. Process until smooth.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Run under cold water and drain well. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  3. Chop the romaine into 3/4-to-1-inch pieces and add to the serving bowl. Add the chopped chicken, croutons and Parmesan. Toss with the dressing and serve immediately.

Recipe Tip: Use rotisserie chicken to make this meal even easier to put together.
