With cranberries, pecans, orange and pomegranate paired with sharp cheddar and crisp romaine, this salad has just the right mix of textures, flavors and freshness. Select ingredients:


  1. Add the lettuce, cheese, cucumber, onion, cranberries, pecans and orange to a large bowl. Toss to combine.
  2. For the pomegranate vinaigrette, whisk together the pomegranate juice, vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
  3. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until completely combined.
