- In a large bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic powder together with a hand mixer. Add tomatoes, green onion and all but 1/2 cup of the crumbled bacon, then mix to combine.
- Spread mixture into a casserole dish. Garnish with lettuce and remaining bacon. Serve with crackers and carrots.
Recipe Tip: Drain any excess liquid from chopped tomatoes to keep the dip from getting watered down.
