- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
Add the onions, carrots, the garlic powder, and the salt, and sauté for approximately 5 minutes.
Add the peas and cook for several minutes, stirring carefully.
Add the soy sauce.
Add the cauliflower.
- Continue to cook and combine well, stirring carefully.
Crack the eggs into the middle of the skillet and gently stir the ingredients together. Cook until the eggs are done.
Sprinkle with ground peanuts if desired and serve.
