Select ingredients:


  1. Add oil and onions to sauce pan and sauce for 5 minutes, add in minced garlic, stir and cook until onions are translucent.
  2. Add broth and chopped cauliflower. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Take off heat and add almond milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine well using an immersion blender and mix until smooth.
  5. Top with black pepper and a dash of nutmeg.
