20 Minute Loaded Potato Wedges

In just 20 minutes, serve up warm potato wedges covered in gooey Colby jack cheese, bacon bits and green onions with a side of sour cream.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Wash potatoes and cut them into fourths.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add to a microwave safe container. Cook on high for 10 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes.
- Cook bacon and slice green onions.
- Add potatoes to large baggie with olive oil. Shake to coat potatoes.
- Add potatoes to bring sheet and sprinkle with cheese, crispy bacon, and green onions. Cook for 10 minutes or until potatoes are done.
- Let cool and serve with sour cream.
