In just 20 minutes, serve up warm potato wedges covered in gooey Colby jack cheese, bacon bits and green onions with a side of sour cream.


Select ingredients:


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Wash potatoes and cut them into fourths.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add to a microwave safe container. Cook on high for 10 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Cook bacon and slice green onions.
  5. Add potatoes to large baggie with olive oil. Shake to coat potatoes.
  6. Add potatoes to bring sheet and sprinkle with cheese, crispy bacon, and green onions. Cook for 10 minutes or until potatoes are done.
  7. Let cool and serve with sour cream.
