Select ingredients:


  1. If you’d like to make enough for 3 days in a row, you’ll need 3 mason jars with lids. Choose one of the recipes above, then place all the ingredients for that recipe into one jar. Place the lid on the jar.
  2. Shake to combine and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Repeat with the remaining two recipes/jars and you’ll have enough breakfasts for three mornings. Add additional toppings if desired!
