Select ingredients:


  1. Mash the banana until smooth in a medium bowl. Stir in the chia, oats, cinnamon, milk, and water until combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. When you are ready to prepare your oatmeal, place the oat mixture into a medium pot on medium high heat and simmer. Once oatmeal begins to simmer, reduce heat immediately to medium-low, and stir frequently until the oatmeal is heated throughout and thickened. Serve immediately.
  3. Pour oats into bowl. Garnish with your desired toppings. Get cozy!
