- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Pour cake mixes into 2 separate bowls. Add 1 stick of butter, 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon lemon juice to each, stirring until just combined.
- Roll 1 tablespoon of each dough together to create a marbled cookie. Coat in granulated sugar and place 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Bake in batches, 12 at a time, for 8 minutes per tray. Set aside to cool.
- Microwave white chocolate chips in 20-second increments until melted and smooth. Add canola oil and whisk to combine. Drizzle over top of cooled cookies. Allow chocolate to set before eating.
