Start your mornings with this savory, completely edible, breakfast bowl!


Select ingredients:


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small skillet, stirring occasionally, cook pancetta over medium heat until browned. Remove with slotted spoon and dry on paper towels
  2. Cut a thin slice off the top of each roll and hollow out the bottom of rolls, making sure to leave 1/2 inch thick shell. Place on un-greased baking sheet
  3. Combine mushrooms and pancetta into hollowed bread bowl and carefully break eggs into each bowl.
  4. Sprinkle desired amount of salt, pepper, and cheese onto each bowl.
  5. Bake 18-22 minutes or until egg whites are set and yolks thicken.
