  1. According to the package directions, prepare stuffing mix. Meanwhile, prep pork chops with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, let butter melt on medium heat. Brown pork chops. When cooked, add in the pears and red peppers.
  2. Top with stuffing and onions. Cook uncovered over medium heat until the pork is 145 degrees F. This should take around 8-10 minutes.
