- According to the package directions, prepare stuffing mix. Meanwhile, prep pork chops with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, let butter melt on medium heat. Brown pork chops. When cooked, add in the pears and red peppers.
- Top with stuffing and onions. Cook uncovered over medium heat until the pork is 145 degrees F. This should take around 8-10 minutes.
