These frozen treats are a refreshing way to have breakfast on-the-go.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine yogurt and fruit in a mixing bowl.
  2. Divide the mixture into 5 oz paper cups.
  3. Cover cups with aluminum foil. Place a wooden craft stick into center of each pop.
  4. Freeze the pops overnight (approximately 6 hours or until firm).
  5. Enjoy delicious (and healthy) popsicles for breakfast!
