This twist on America's favorite sandwich will be a favorite for parents and kids alike!
- Use a rolling pin to flatten the bread to 1/4-inch thickness.
- Place a slice of cheese on top of each slice of bread. Roll up tightly.
- Melt butter in a large cast iron skillet over low to medium heat. Cook until all sides of the grilled cheeses are golden brown. Turn with a pair of tongs. Add more butter as needed.
- Enjoy immediately.
