- Set oven to 400˚F. Add juice, hot sauce, honey, ginger and garlic to a skillet. Mix together the ingredients, and then bring to boil. Turn down heat to medium and allow to simmer for 15 minutes, or until it reaches a thick, syrupy consistency. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
- Coat drumsticks with glaze and salt, and then arrange them on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Evenly coat half of the drumsticks with half of the chips. Repeat with remaining drumsticks and chips. Top with green onion.
