Bacon, Avocado and Tomato Sandwich

A quick and easy lunch with little prep, but hardly lacking superb flavor.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fry the turkey bacon until browned and fully cooked.
  2. Slice the tomatoes and avocado (lengthwise).
  3. Toast the bread and apply mayonnaise to two of the slices.
  4. Add the tomatoes, then avocado and finally the turkey bacon on top of the slices with the mayonnaise.
  5. Top with the remaining slices of bread.
