- Preheat oven to 350° F. Cut 6 squares of foil, measuring approximately 8-inches-square
- Combine Abuelita chocolate and media crema in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes or until melted and smooth; set aside.
- Remove core from each apple, carefully leaving base intact. Place Abuelita sauce evenly in the holes in apples. Wrap in foil. Place in 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Pour hot water in pan to 1-inch depth.
- Bake for 65 to 70 minutes or until apples are tender. Remove from water; let cool. Unwrap; garnish with whipped cream.
