- Fish must sit in water all night ...
- Boil fish 3 times changing water each time....
- Cut up all vegetables
- Put oil in pan on top of stove and let it get hot
- add your vegetables and cook until tender
- add fish (( after you have broken it up ))
- add two cans of Ackee
- & Continue to Cook for 30 mins on medium
- NOW ENJOY!
- Serve with Brown Rice or White it's up to you....
