  1. Fish must sit in water all night ...
  2. Boil fish 3 times changing water each time....
  3. Cut up all vegetables
  4. Put oil in pan on top of stove and let it get hot
  5. add your vegetables and cook until tender
  6. add fish (( after you have broken it up ))
  7. add two cans of Ackee
  8. & Continue to Cook for 30 mins on medium
  9. NOW ENJOY!
  10. Serve with Brown Rice or White it's up to you....
