- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Mix the carrots, butter, brown sugar, thyme and salt to taste in a medium bowl until evenly combined.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
Recipe Tip: Alternatively, roast the carrot mixture in a 350°F preheated oven on a parchment-lined, rimmed baking sheet for 15 to 20 minutes or until browned and tender.
