Breakfast bars like these can take the place of more sugary, regular granola bars. Plus, they're easy to make ahead as meal prep and will save you time!
- Preheat oven to 350F. Combine oatmeal, flour, baking powder, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter and stir well.
- Add half the mixture to a greased 9X9 baking dish, pressing down to make the crust. Add chopped apples and then sprinkle the remaining oatmeal mixture on top of the apples. Bake for 35 minutes.
