Apple Crisp with Double Topping

This sweet and chunky crisp is perfect with vanilla ice cream on a cool, fall evening.

Directions

  1. Cube butter into 1/2 inch cubes. Mix the first 6 ingredients together and set aside.
  2. Mix the apples with the cinnamon and sugars and flour and let set for a few minutes.
  3. Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with nonstick spray and pour the apple mixture in.
  4. Crumble the top over top and bake, uncovered for 40 minutes or so at 350.
