Asian cucumber salad is the perfect quick and easy side dish. Whip together some fresh cucumbers and top with a soy and sesame sauce. Get the recipe!
- In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, agave nectar, ginger, and garlic and whisk to combine. Add the cucumbers and onion and toss to coat. Then add the cilantro, green onion, sesame seeds and pepper and toss to integrate.
- Serve immediately at room temperature or cover and refrigerate for up to an hour before serving cold.
