A meat and vegetable dish, long thin asian green beans or regular green beans can be used.
- Brown meat with garlic, ginger, and onion.
- Cut green beans to 1 and 1/2 inches.
- In sauce pan bring coconut milk, parsley, basil, curry, fish sauce, salt, black pepper, and tomatoes to a boil. Boil for 1 minute.
- Lower heat and add meat and green beans.
- Cover, cook until beans are tender, stirring occasionally.
- When done add parmesan cheese to thicken.
