Asian Green Beans

A meat and vegetable dish, long thin asian green beans or regular green beans can be used.

Directions

  1. Brown meat with garlic, ginger, and onion.
  2. Cut green beans to 1 and 1/2 inches.
  3. In sauce pan bring coconut milk, parsley, basil, curry, fish sauce, salt, black pepper, and tomatoes to a boil. Boil for 1 minute.
  4. Lower heat and add meat and green beans.
  5. Cover, cook until beans are tender, stirring occasionally.
  6. When done add parmesan cheese to thicken.
