This marinade works well on pretty much everything! Beef, pork, poultry, seafood and tofu! Remember, the large the cut of meat (or tofu, the longer you marinade).

  1. Whisk together vinegar and brown sugar until sugar dissolves. Whisk in sherry, soy sauce and ginger, then whisk in sesame and vegetable oils in a steady stream.
