- Thaw and peel shrimp then set aside in refrigerator, Cook Bacon and break into many small pieces, Thoroughly rinse Kidney Beans from their juice in the can, chop bell pepper and put into large bowl.
- Add rest of ingredients such as salsa, mushrooms, black olives and kidney beans.
- Mix in refrigerated shrimp, bacon pieces and mix thoroughly mix together.
