Summer isn't the only time to try slaw. Red cabbage makes for a perfect fall side. Serve alongside your turkey for a lighter option this holiday.

  1. To prepare the dressing, combine the vinegar, oil, sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, and 3/4 teaspoon pepper and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add the cabbage, onion, and parsley to the bowl and toss to combine. Slowly fold the oranges into the cabbage mixture. Chill for 2 hours before serving. Serve cold or at room temp.
