This simple afternoon snack is delectable on its own, but it also tastes great atop toasted bagels, oatmeal, fresh spinach, or yogurt and is perfectly portioned for two.
- Cut strawberries into quarters and place in a bowl. Slice both halves of the avocado into cubes and sprinkle with a pinch of salt before carefully mixing with strawberries.
- In a small bowl or ramekin, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey and another small pinch of salt. Just before serving, drizzle the dressing on top of the strawberries and avocado and sprinkle with lemon zest.
