Avocado Mayo Club Sandwich

  1. Mix the mayonnaise, avocado and chives in a small bowl.
  2. Arrange 2 slices of toasted bread and the hoagie rolls on a clean work surface and spread with half of the avocado mayonnaise. Top with the sliced turkey, cheeses and romaine lettuce.
  3. Arrange 2 more slices of bread over the sliced bread sandwiches and spread the remaining avocado mayonnaise over all four sandwiches. Layer with sliced ham, bacon and tomato. Finish sliced bread sandwiches with remaining bread slices. Slice each sliced bread sandwich into quarters and hoagie rolls into halves. Serve with Dr. Pepper.

Recipe Tip: Use up the remaining 1/2 avocado by thinly slicing it and layering it in the sandwiches with the turkey, cheese and lettuce.
