With just a few simple steps, indulge in a rack of tender baby back ribs, seasoned and smothered in your favorite barbecue sauce, and served up with a side of fresh greens.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the ribs on a half sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Mix the spices in a small bowl and sprinkle them over the ribs. Cover the entire pan with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 1 hour.
- Uncover the pan and spread barbecue sauce over the ribs. Cook for another 1 1/2 hours. The meat should fall right off the bone when done. Enjoy with fresh green beans.
