Entertain with some color and spice! This easy salad bursts with color and flavor. With just a touch of expected sweetness, it’s a healthy side or perfect for your next family gathering
- Place a large pot of water on the stove on medium high heat (not quite boiling). Add 1/2 orange, salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp. hot sauce.
- Add shrimp to pot and cook until shrimp are pink and done. Remove shrimp from pot of water and allow to cool in an ice bowl.
- Whisk together oil, orange juice, and 1 tbsp. hot sauce making a light dressing.
- Arrange arugula on a plate with granny smith apples, cucumber, and cooked shrimp. Drizzle on dressing and garnish with slivered almonds.
