- In a food processor, chop the bacon slices and blend them with the blue cheese crumbles.
- Work the bacon and blue cheese mix, and the salt and pepper mix into the ground beef and patty out four, equal-sized burgers.
- Grill the burgers to temperature of your choosing.
- Add to a bun and top with condiments as you desire.
