Bacon Avocado Cheeseburger

This recipe makes a giant, can't-fit-in-your-mouth cheeseburger--delicious!! You'll love the combination of creamy avocado and crispy bacon.



  1. Thinly slice the tomato.
  2. Thinly slice the onion.
  3. Fry the bacon in a skillet until cooked.
  4. Scoop out the avocados...
  5. ...and slice 'em up.
  6. In the same skillet that the bacon was in, lightly toast the hamburger buns. (Use additional butter if needed.)
  7. Spread your desired amount of mayonnaise on the bottom half of the hamburger buns.
  8. Layer some lettuce, one hamburger patty, and a couple of slices of Swiss.
  9. Add another hamburger patty and the red onions.
  10. Layer the tomato, the bacon, and the avocado.
  11. Add mayonnaise to the top half of the bun, place it on top, and serve! Enjoy!
